IS SHIPPING FREE?

We have 3 Type of Shipping :

1-UPS Standard (3-8 business days) Free

2-DHL Express (1-6 business days) Cost $8.99

1. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO DISPATCH?

We just need no longer than 1 to 5 business days to deal with your order.

2. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?

For Free  Shipping, it takes 7~10 working days to arrive after being dispatched.

For Express 1st Class Tracked Shipping, it takes 5~7 working days to arrive after being dispatched.

During rush days, please estimate extra 5 business days more than usual.

 

3. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

5 working days after your parcel is shipped, you will receive an email with the courier's details and your consignment number, this can be used to track your order.

 

4. CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

Please contact us (support@peliance.myshopify.com) before your item has been dispatched.

 

5. CAN I GET DELIVERY TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF THE UK?
